~Be on the lookout for a Frontrunner Volunteer night at the Sulzbacher coming up this winter!  Dan and Gibbons spent Saturday afternoon serving and preparing food for some of our less fortunate citizens! Nice cap Dan!

Evergreen Cemetery Pumpkin Run

~What a blast the Frontrunners had at the graveyard running the Pumpkin Run!  We really stepped out of our comfort zones to have some fun, and turn a few eyes!  Cannot wait to see what we come up with for 2019!

~Our last run in the really really really HOT weather!  Join us at AL's Pizza ever Wednesday after our run!  Good Luck to all those running the USO Half Marathon on the 20th and the Pumpkin Run on the 28th!  Happy Birthday Ken!

Good times at Al's Pizza after every Wednesday night! We have had quite a few out-of-town runners join us this past month!  We showed them some Jax Hospitality!

Summer Beaches Run

 ~Congratulations to Stephen, Scott, and Ken for finishing the beaches Run 5 Miler in sweltering heat!  Stephen finished 15th out of almost 1000 runners!

Jax Series Triathlon!

The Jacksonville Frontrunners were well represented by Lee, Dan, Brian, and Gibbons at the Jax Series Triathlon #3 in downtown Jacksonville!  Lee participated in all three triathlons and finished THIRD overall!

Tour de Pain

~Congratulations to Steve for winning his age group in the Tour de Pain this past weekend! Three races in 24 hours in three different locations in Jacksonville!
