~Even thought the Labor Day RUNJAX 5k was cancelled, some FRONTRUNNERS still got out on the road to do 4 miles on the bridges!

Summer Beaches Run

 ~Jax Frontrunners were well represented at The Summer Beaches Run.  Congratulations to Scott W., Scott T., Ken C., and Steve H., for all earning Grand Prix points!

Tour de Pain 2019

 ~Frontrunners were well represented at the Tour de Pain,,,,, 3 races in 24 hours!   Steve came in Second Place! See you all at eh Summer Beach Run in two weeks!

Run for The Pies

~Jax Frontrunners had lots of runners in this one.... one FR actually got a pie for being under 20 minutes!  Way to go Stephen!  It was a very very hot and humid evening!
